The Top Storey Frames

From the Air

Thanks very much to Chris and Trish Cowan of Coastwide Helicopters for thinking of us as they flew over our plot. They took these beautiful photos and passed them on to us.

If you click on them they will enlarge and you will see more detail.

The fine line down the middle is the boundary between Peter and Helen's land and ours. North is on the right of the picture. The low lying bush to the South is what our land used to look like.

More Frames

The frames for the front of the house have arrived. Looks like a mass of matchsticks from this angle, I know...

This is the lounge. There are lots of beams everywhere holding things in just the right place till Peter and his guys get the floor joists up for upstairs. Hope to be putting down the upstairs floor on Saturday!

The lounge from a different angle. I hope you get the idea.... wood stuff everywhere...
